FLOW:

Stability, Mobility, Circulation & Deep Strength

A slow, intentional functional movement practice designed to build mobility, core strength, pelvic and spinal stability, balance, and body awareness through breath-led movement—creating a foundation for confident, capable movement and a body that feels good in everyday life.

Each FLOW class explores movement a little differently. Some practices are rooted in slow, breath-led vinyasa, while others focus more deeply on functional mobility, stability, balance, joint control, or a specific area of the body.

Through intentional movement, breath, repetition, and thoughtful transitions, we build strength where the body needs support, mobility where it needs freedom, and greater awareness of how the body moves and works together.

FLOW supports the way you move both on and off the mat—whether you strength train, run, hike, play a sport, or simply want to move through everyday life with greater confidence and ease. All levels are welcome, with variations offered throughout the practice.

RESET:

Connective Tissues, Joint Lubrication & Nervous System Support

A restorative deep-stretch practice designed to support healthy tissues and joints, regulate the nervous system, and focus the mind through supported postures, long holds, and mindful breathing—strengthening your capacity for stillness, presence, and awareness.

RESET is a slower, quieter practice that gives the body time to settle into each shape. Using longer holds, supportive postures, and quiet introspection, we work with the connective tissues surrounding the hips, spine, shoulders, and other areas of the body while supporting mobility and joint health.

The slower pace also creates an opportunity to practice stillness and attention. Rather than constantly moving to the next thing, we spend time noticing sensation, breath, thoughts, and the natural impulse to move or react—then practice returning our attention to the present moment.

RESET brings together the physical benefits of deep stretching with practices that support nervous system regulation, focus, and body awareness. It’s a space to slow down, create more room in the body, and strengthen your capacity to be still and present.

All levels are welcome, with postures adapted and supported to meet your body where it is.

BREATHE:

Breath and Rhythmic Movement for Powerful Personal Transformation

A breath-centered practice combining intentional breathing with repetitive movement, rhythm, and meditation to explore the relationship between breath, body, mind, and energy.

BREATHE uses conscious breathing as the foundation of the practice, pairing different breath techniques with rhythmic, repetitive movements, periods of stillness, and meditation. Through repetition and focused attention, we create space to move beyond our usual patterns and become more aware of our internal state.

The breath is one of the few processes in the body that happens automatically but can also be consciously directed. BREATHE explores that connection—using breath, movement, and attention as tools for working intentionally with our physical, mental, and energetic state.

Each practice may have a different focus, with some feeling more activating and others more grounding or meditative. Together, they offer an opportunity to strengthen concentration, deepen body and breath awareness, and explore the more subtle relationship between how we breathe, where we place our attention, and how we experience our energy.

All levels are welcome. No previous breathwork or meditation experience is needed.
